They recommend for women at the age of 20 to start doing regular "breast self exams" BUT at the age of 40 is when they start screening mammograms because your insurance should cover all of that cost.. Something like that.

> Breast exams for ages | 40 - 49 | 1 - 2 years but by the time you turn 50 it becomes a yearly appoint/screening

The mean resting pulse rate for men is 72 beats per minute. a simple random sample of men who regularly work out at mitch's gym
tamaranim1 [39]

Claim: the mean resting pulse rate for men is less than 72 bpm.

Symbolic form would be: μ < 72

Step 1: null hypothesis  : μ > =  7 2 b p m

Step 2: alternative hypothesis:  μ <  7 2 b p m

Step 3: the test statistic is z = mean – μ / standard dev/sqrt (n) = -3/4 / 1.7639 = -1.92

Step 4: c v method: since z α = -1.645, the test static is z = -1.92 is less than the CV, we reject null hypothesis

P Value method: area is 0.0274, since the p value is <= α, reject null hypothesis.

Step 5: the sample data support the claim that the mean resting pulse rate for men is less than 72 bpm.

What do we mean when we say that the genetic code is degenerate?A single codon can encode more than one amino acid.An amino acid
Arada [10]

Answer:

An amino acid can be encoded by more than one codon.

Explanation:

Codons are triplets of nucleotides in mRNA that are used for the protein synthesis (translation). A codon specifies a single amino acid, but there are exceptions. tRNA molecule contain anticodons, triplets of nucleotides that are complementary to codons. So, during the translation, tRNA carries the amino acid, that corresponds to the codon in mRNA.

Degenerate genetic code (more than one codon can code for the same amino acid) is important, because when point mutation occurs it is possible that the amino acid remains unchanged.
