  • The value of d = $1088.63
  • fixed monthly payments made = $372

<u>Given that :</u>

Present value ( PV ) $200,000

Period = 25 years

Total period ( n ) = 25 * 12 = 300

also PMT is done monthly

∴ monthly interest rate = ( 716.67 / 200,000 ) * 100 = 0.358% ( r )

<u>i) Next step : Calculate the value of PMT </u>

using the equation below

PMT = [\frac{PV}{\frac{1-(1+r)^{-n} }{r} } ]     where :  PV = $200,000, r = 0.358% , n = 300

input values into equation

∴ d = PMT  = $1088.63

<u>ii) Fixed monthly payments</u>

=  d - 716.67

= 1088.63 - 716.67  = $372

Samaria has 6 more than three times as many pieces of candy as sydney. samaria has 36 pieces of candy. how many does sydney have
lesya [120]

For this case we have:

x: Number of candies that Sydney has

The equation to find the amount of Sydney sweets is given by:

3x + 6 = 36

We want to clear x:

3x = 36-63x = 30

x = \frac{30}{3}

x = 10

So, Sydney has 10 candies

Answer:

Sydney has 10 candies

Means, for every 1 input, there is 1 coresponding output
normally x is input and y is output in form (x,y)
so just look for the option(s) that has/have every first number repeat with only 1 2nd number

A. -7 repeats with 5 and -3, not a function

B. no repeats of first number (6,-8) and (-5,-8) are fine because first numbers don't repeat, das is funciton

C. no repeats, function

D. no repeats, function

answer is B,C,D

<h3>Answer: 985</h3>

=============================================

Work Shown:

A = amount after t hours

P = initial amount = 100

r = growth rate in decimal form = 0.10

t = number of hours = 24

--------

A = P*(1+r)^t

A = 100(1+0.10)^24

A = 100*(1.10)^24

A = 100*9.84973267580762

A = 984.973267580762

A = 985
