1. Some barriers that keep people from exercising is damage to muscles so you may sprain a muscle. You may have a mental illness that causes you to faint or have a heart failure. Other people may not have time to exercise and look at social media.

2. You can over come by setting aside 30 minutes a day to workout instead of scrolling through your phone. You can workout even when you don’t have time by doing lungs when walking or running instead of walking.

Hope this helps. Took this question online and hot it right.

1) I believe motivation and ambition is what many people lack when exercising or at least trying to.

2) I would recommend people to get up everyday at 7am that way it’s sets up a schedule. Wear gym outfits Research has been said that our brain’s are susceptible to “enclothed cognition.” Dressing for the part will fuel our ability to complete such a goal that looks too ambitious.

Our body’s desire rest, and it may even seem like days go by when not working out, and taking a rest day, week or even month. It’s best to rest temporarily or do very little of the activity so you don’t miss out on your next session completely.

A trainer, or someone that can motivate you to continue. I think having someone push you to your goal will be able to execute any excuses to do the workout routine.

I think confidence is needed when trying to achieve a goal in the future. A lot of people tackle themselves down and it helps with not allowing them to achieve their goals. Self-doubt is something that will come and go, but people will need to work on that in order to do better for themselves.

Hope this helps :)

Discuss how growth in the healthcare industry has led to new rules for protected health information.
alina1380 [7]

New rules have been defined to maintain privacy on the data of patients.

Explanation:

If we take the development of "Health care industry", previously the patience used to keep track of their own record simply in terms of file and they preserve and bring those and shows to physician on their visit. Later on, the burden was taken care by hospital by maintaining those in a computerized format. So this technology innovation needs privacy about the below terms,

 • Patients personal record needs to be confidential
 • To maintain "bio-ethic" principle
 • Disclosing of information lead to disappointment, discrimination, affecting dignity, may avoid good rapport between physician and patient, etc

So these gave rise to place new rules to protect health information.

Katie is in high school. what is the best example of how she can be proactive about her health and wellness
sleet_krkn [62]

Katie should watch what she eats, this is because a lot of teenagers eat a large amount of junk food an average per day. Katie should also do a lot of exercise so that her body grows healthy and strong! Katie should choose vegetables and fruits and food filled with nutrients for the body, Katie should also not listen to negative peer pressure but use positive peer pressure to her advantage.
