A skilled person has skills to overcome his problems. If he looses one job, he'll always have another opportunity waiting for him. In simple words, people face problems- emotionally, financially. But a skilled or hard-working person will always face those difficulties bravely, he would always look at the positive side of the problem. If one way closes, there's always an another path to go on. In human thinking, there is impossible and possible, but in God's world everything is possible.
