I would be wasting your time to put everything here. So keep it simple, prokaryotes and eukaryotes share only ribosomes, cell membranes, cell walls (not all eukaryotes but some, ignore this if you're below 8th grade), and cytoplasms. Everything else would not be found in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.
Because animals get sugar from food they eat, they do not need chloroplasts, just mitochondria. Both plants and animal cells have vacuoles. A plant cell contains a large, singular vacuole that is used for storage and maintaining the shape of the cell. Plant cells have a cell wall, as well as a cell membrane. PRETTY COOL!
