Answer:

Slope of the perpendicular line = 4/7

So , general equation of line is

y = (4/7) x +c

As this line passes through (5,-2) ,it also satisfy the equation

- 2 = (  \frac{ 4}{7} ) \times 5 + c

c = -2 - \frac{20}{7}

c = \frac{-34}{7}

Now the required equation :-

y = ( \frac{ 4}{7} )x +  \frac{-34}{7}

4x - 7y = 34

Hey<br> pls solve this question <br><br>
Sholpan [36]

Answer:

(13/2)^27

Step-by-step explanation:

First note that ( )^0 = 1, so we need not bother with the last term.

Next, note that

 (2/13)^(-6) divided by (2/13)^3 is (2/13)^(-9).

Finally, we must cube this last result.  We get:  (2/13)^(-9*3) = (2/13^(-27)

or

(13/2)^27

Note:  we're "evaluating" an algebraic expression here, not "solving it," since there is no equation here.

Brian is making 5 triangular flags, each with the dimensions shown below. How much fabric will Brian need to make the 5 flags?
Finger [1]

Answer:

  1,620 square inches

Step-by-step explanation:

The area of one triangle can be computed using the formula ...

  A = 1/2bh . . . . where b represents the base length, h represents height

  A = 1/2(18 in)(36 in) = 324 in²

Then the area of 5 flags will be 5 times that much:

  fabric needed = 5 × (324 in²) = 1,620 in²

Brian will need 1,620 square inches of fabric for his 5 triangular flags.
