You and your friend were taking turns rolling a die when you thought of a game: If a one is rolled by either player, you pay you

r friend 50 cents, but when a different number is rolled, your friend pays you 10 cents. After 30 rolls, it turned out that you were even, and neither of you won anything.

6 0

Answer:

6 times

Step-by-step explanation:

1. There was no cents left

2. If you roll one and get 50 cents you have to minus it with rolling other number than 'one' 5 times because you'll get 10 minus if you roll another number (50 divided by 10 is 5)

3. If you divid 30 (The rolls) by 5 (amount of roll you have to roll if you get one)

4. It equals 6 and 6 is a even number

5. Sorry this was too confusing

Step-by-step explanation:

The Reliability of a measurement or observation refers to its repeatability. If you measure or observe the same thing twice, how close are the two measurements or observations?

#The test results 110 1nd 150 are between 27% and 36% depending on which direction you take. That variation is wide apart and the test can't be considered reliable.

A store has a 25\%25% off sale on coats. With this discount, the price of one coat is \$34.50$34.50. What is the original price
timama [110]

Answer:

$46

Step-by-step explanation:

A percent is a portion of 100. If  we receive 25% off then we pay 75% of the price. 100%-25%=75%. $34.50 is 75% of the original price. We find the new price through a proportion. A proportion is an equation where two ratios or fractions are equal. The ratios or fractions compare like quantities. For example, we will compare percent over percent to an equal ratio of $ to $.

\frac{75}{100} =\frac{34.50}{y}

I can now cross-multiply by multiplying numerator and denominator from each ratio.

75y=100(34.50)\\75y=3450

I now solve for y by dividing by 75.

\frac{75y}{75} =\frac{3450}{75} \\y= 46....

The original price was $46.
