trinsically bright star?
A.
Star A because it is closest to the moon
B.
Star B because the apparent magnitude is a larger number than A and C
C.
Star C because it’s absolute magnitude will have the smallest value campsites to A and B

The list of choices is a mess. None of them is correct.

Star C ... even though it's 25 times as far from our eyes as Star A is ... still appears 2 magnitudes brighter !

Star C must be a wicked hot-ball, intrinsically waaaay brighter than Star A . A wild and wooly blowtorch compared to star A. Something like 4,200 times as bright as Star A .

Red laser light from a He-Ne laser (λ = 632.8 nm) creates a second-order fringe at 53.2° after passing through the grating. What
Svetlanka [38]

Explanation:

It is given that,

Wavelength of red laser light, \lambda=632.8\ nm=632.8\times 10^{-9}\ m

The second order fringe is formed at an angle of, \theta=53.2^{\circ}

For diffraction grating,

d\ sin\theta=n\lambda

d=\dfrac{n\lambda}{sin\theta}, n = 2

d=\dfrac{2\times 632.8\times 10^{-9}}{sin(53.2)}

d=1.58\times 10^{-6}\ m

The wavelength λ of light that creates a first-order fringe at 22 is given by :

\lambda=d\ sin\theta

\lambda=1.58\times 10^{-6}\ sin(22)

\lambda=5.91\times 10^{-7}\ m

\lambda=591\ nm

Hence, this is the required solution.

What kind of fluctuations in weather patterns do you expect to see in your area? Will the fluctuations or changes vary by month,
balandron [24]
Prevailing definitions of climate are not much different from “the climate is what you expect, the weather is what you get”. Using a variety of sources including reanalyses and paleo data, and aided by notions and analysis techniques from Nonlinear Geophysics, we argue that this dictum is fundamentally wrong. <span>In addition to the weather and climate, there is a qualitatively distinct intermediate regime extending over a factor of ≈ 1000 in scale.Climate changes is projected to affect individual organisms, populations, ...
