Step 1. Substitute all the letters for their values and since in algebra when you don't write the times sign it means you wanna times it so what you would do is 3 x 3 x 5 x 2 = 90.
Step 2. Substitute the <em><u>a</u></em> in 10a for 3 then times since there is a "hidden" times symbol. Which then would be 10 x 3 = 30
Step 3. When we say something over something it means to divide so what we do is divide the first answer by the second answer which is: 90/30 which is 3.
