Answer:

discipline and faith

Explanation

success is not possible without discipline or faith in oneself. Discipline is vital in all settings. without discipline everything is an unorganized, wild, chaotic mess, undeserving of any reward let alone success.

Faith in one self and one's beliefs is also vital. Without faith there is no hope, only dark nothingness, no happiness and certainly no success.

ira [324]

Answer:

A pedometer is a device that a person's steps by detecting the motion of their hands or hips. It has been proven that the use of pedometers can benefit people at high risk for Type 2 diabetes.

Pedometers help us keep track of how physically active we are. Exercise is highly advised to people who are at risk of this disease. Thanks to a pedometer, a person can see how active they are, if they need to exercise more, or if they are making progress. The more active a person is, the lower their sugar will be, decreasing their risk of developing diabetes.

PLEASE HELP! I have to get a cavity filled today for the first time!
bulgar [2K]

Answer:

Its not that bad.

Explanation:

I have had like 6 cavities filled, and its pretty straight forward. They start by putting numbing jelly (idk the real name), and then they drill off the rotten part of your tooth, then they fill it up with cement.

You won't really feel pain, but the numbness of your jaw will make you drool.

this is all my personal experience, but all patients and dentists are different. hope this helps!!
