(x+2)^2

Factors of 1 (from 1x) = 1
Factors of 4 (constant) = 1,2,4

You want to find what numbers add 4 and multiply to 4. If I do 2+2, it equals 4. If I do 2*2, it equals 4. Therefore: (x+2)(x+2) = (x+2)^2
