Answer:En principio, el ejercicio cardiovascular es el que más consumo calórico produce y cuanto más ejercicio, mayor consumo y mayor pérdida de grasa. Esto es así hasta cierto punto. Si deseas mejorar, a partir de este punto no aumentes los aeróbicos, mucho mejor incluye un programa de entrenamiento de la fuerza. Está comprobado que los resultados del trabajo combinado cardiovascular/fuerza son siempre más positivos.
