Well, the y-intercept is represented by B. So b would be the dot crossing the y-axis in each graph (which you already circled). Next, the slope for top left is: -1.5, top right is: -1.7, bottom left is: 3, and bottom right is: 1.33. I got those by using this very helpful website named Desmos. Now, I’m order to write the equation for each graph is very simple, all you have to do is put in the slope and y-intercept into the equation. For example, the top left one would be:
y = -1.5x + 4 since we know that the slope is equal to -1.5 and the y-intercept is equal to 4. Hope this helps :)

Write a polynomial in standard form that meets the following conditions. Assume a=1 and your function is f(x), The zeros are 5 a
jeka57 [31]

Polynomials are equations that uses variables and several terms

The polynomial in standard form is f(x) = x^2 - x -20

How to determine the polynomial

The polynomial has 2 zeros.

So, the form of the polynomial is:

f(x) = a(x - x1)(x - x2)

The zeros of the polynomial are 5 and -4.

So, the equation becomes

f(x) = a(x - 5)(x + 4)

The value of a = 1.

So, we have;

f(x) = 1(x - 5)(x + 4)

This gives

f(x) = (x - 5)(x + 4)

Expand

f(x) = x^2 - x -20

Hence, the polynomial in standard form is f(x) = x^2 - x -20

A catering company loses $110 as a result of delay. The 5 owners of the company must share the loss equally. Which integer repre
san4es73 [151]
What you have to do first is you have 5 owners correct? Well you take anything they're sharing in this case it's delay/debt, so you divide $110 by 5 and you should get $22. This means that each owner would have to pay $22 to the delay.
