either divide by 2 or multiply by 1/2:

side 1= 45 1/4 in  = 45.25 /2 = 22.625 =  22 5/8
side 2= (Gusset plate)  = ?
5 3/4 in high  = 5.75/2 = =2.875 = 2 7/8
3 1/3 in base 3.33/2 = 1.66 = 1 2/3
corner of side 2= 2 inches thick = 2/1 = 1
side 3 (floor plate)= 37 1/4 in = 37.25/2 = 18.625 = 18 5/8

Turn everything into decimal form, then divide by 2.
To turn into decimal divide the numerator by the denominator, and leave the whole number as it is.
For slide 1

45.4/2=22.6

For side 2

Gusset plate is 1....
take 5.75 and divide it by 2 =2.875
Take 3.333/2 = 1.6665
Corner of side is 1 and 1 inch thick

for side 3
37.4 divided by 2 = 18.7

As we know that in the first Quadrant angle is from 0 to 90

In the second Quadrant angle is from 90 to 180

In the third Quadrant angle is from 180 to 270.

In the fourth Quadrant angle is from 270 to 360.

Hence the angle 257 will lie in the third Quadrant.
