Because Jillian doesn't have an uterus, she can't have a baby developed inside her unless she would have an uterus transplant (which already happen in Sweden but it's in its very beginnings). The option for a biological baby, once the ovaries still work, is to do an in vitro fertilisation with an oocyte of her own, and posterior transfer of the embryo to a gestational carrier, which in many countries is still illegal. Another option would be to adopt a child.
