Adrenal glands are endocrine glands that produce a variety of hormones including adrenaline and the steroids aldosterone and cortisol. The hormones produced help the body control blood sugar, burn protein and fat, react to stressors like a major illness or injury, and regulate blood pressure. The two most important adrenal hormone are cortisol and aldesterone.

2. It is true that the cerebral cortex is divided into two haves called cerebral hemispheres. The cerebral cortex is divided into two hemispheres (left and right), each of which has four lobes (temporal, frontal, occipital, and parietal). Frontal lobe is primarily for thinking, planning, memory, and judgement.. Parietal lobe is responsible for processing information about touch. The occipital lobe processes visual information and the temporal lobe is responsible primarily for hearing and language.
