Start asking yourself why you fear others.

You can exercise - upper body, core, lower body, pilates, stretch. Don’t just workout for results like a specific body, depending on gender and your lifestyle they can come fast or slow. But progress is still there. Working out has many benefits and makes you feel good.

Drink water. Don’t overwork yourself.
Eating healthy is good, but if you have nothing healthy to eat, eat in smaller portions or interment fasting.

Watch yt creators that motivates you to develop a healthier/strong/better/productive lifestyle. I watch Nicole Laeno, Linda Sun, and Hannah Adkins.
