I'm pretty sure it would be B, the reason i think this is because when i think of strength training i think of exercising like lifting and such, and having the basic knowledge of exercising i think weakened bones are whats not suppose to happen. Increased metabolism should happen when exercising and increased lean muscle mass i do believe is normal and what should happen and same for muscle tone, but i don't think weakened bones is okay, you can have sore muscles but not weak bones.
