Someone with anorexia may go through osteoporosis, which is when your bones start to weaken.

The answer should be Bone fractures.

Osteoporosis causes bones to become weak and brittle, so much so that a wrong movement can cause a fracture.

If I am wrong let me know so I can fix my answer. Goodluck : )
