When you touch something that is cold the sensory neurons in your hand send a signal to you spinal cord which sends the message to the sensory cortex which is in the parietal lobe.
T-PA is usually administered in the emergency department to clients who are brought in due to a Cerebrovascular accident (Stroke). In this case, the priority nursing assessment is to find out <span>the time of onset of the stroke, because studies have shown that t-PA administration </span><span>within 3 hours after the onset usually have better outcomes.
It is also important to note that scheduled </span><span>surgical procedures may have to be postponed due to the administration of t-PA.</span>

Moderate activity is moving around for a reasonable amount. for instance, walking a little bit and taking a bike ride. vigorous activity is moving and exercising a lot, for instance going to the gym for four hours and lifting weights while on the treadmill. BTW don't do that XD.
