32m³

The formula for a rectangular prism is LxWxH which in this case would be 4x4x2. You may do it in any order you want to for the next part as long as you are multiplying the numbers: 4 x 4 = 16 x 2 = 32 or 4 x 2 = 8 x 4 = 32 .

I hope this will help you.

Tell me if I am incorrect and I will change my answer or take it down.

Cheers!^^

If EG=19 and FG=12 then EF=?
Volgvan

Answer:

EF = 31

Step-by-step explanation:

Note that in both line segments (EG & FG), they both have point G in them. This means that point G is the shared point and the mid-point. Add the two line segments together to get the full segment.

EG + FG = EF

19 + 12 = 31

31 is your answer

Find the distance, c, between (0,0) and (-4,-3) on the coordinate plane. Round to the nearest tenth if necessary.
taurus [48]

Answer:

5

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve the equation you'll use the distance formula:

\sqrt{\left(x_{2}-x_{1}\right)^{2}+\left(y_{2}-y_{1}\right)^{2}}

Substitute the equation with (0,0) being x_{1},y_{1} and (-4,-3) x_{2},y_{2}

\sqrt{\left(0+4\right)^{2}+\left(-3+0\right)^{2}}

if you solve this you'll get 5

Genevieve uses 7.7 pints of blue paint and white paint to paint her bedroom walls. 1 4 of this amount is blue paint, and the res
stellarik [79]

Answer:

She used 5.775 pints of white paint to paint her bedroom walls.

Step-by-step explanation:

This question can be solved using a system of equations.

I am going to say that:

x is the amount of white paint used.

y is the amount of blue paint used.

7.7 pints of blue paint and white paint to paint her bedroom walls.

This means that x + y = 7.7

1/4 of this amount is blue paint, and the rest is white paint.

The rest is 1-(1/4) = 3/4. That is, the amount of white paint is the triple of the amount of blue paint. That is, y = 3x, or x = \frac{y}{3}

Replacing in the first equation:

x + y = 7.7

\frac{y}{3} + y = 7.7

\frac{y + 3y}{3} = 7.7

4y = 3*7.7

y = \frac{3*7.7}{4}

y = 5.775

She used 5.775 pints of white paint to paint her bedroom walls.
