Answer:
x=10
z=66

Explanation:
we know that
z=9x-24
&
2z+2(12x-6)=360
2z+24x-12=360
2z+24x=372
so
2(9x-24)+24x=372
18x-48+24x=372
44x-48=372
44x=440
x=10

& therefore
z=90-24
z=66

Hope this helps :)

Answer:

x = 10°

z = 66°

Step-by-step explanation:

(9x - 24)° + (12x - 6)°  = 180°\\21x° - 30° = 180° \\ 21 x° = 180°  +  30° \\ 21x° = 210° \\ x° =  \frac{180°}{30°}  \\ x° = 10°

z° = 9x - 24 ( vertically opposite )

z° = 9(10) - 24

z° = 90 - 24

z° = 66°

White raven [17]

Answer:

  15π/2 ft

Step-by-step explanation:

Arc length is given by the formula ...

  s = rθ . . . . . r = radius; θ = central angle in radians

A 135° arc has a radian measure of (135)(π/180) = 3π/4. The radius of a circle with a 20 ft diameter is (20 ft/2) = 10 ft. So, the arc length is ...

  s = (10 ft)(3π/4) = 30π/4 ft = 15π/2 ft

The cylinder is 10 meters wide and the volume is 300 cubic meters what's the height of the cylinder?
daser333 [38]
Cylinder is 10 meters wide, so its diameter is 10 meters. You get radius of it by dividing 10 by 2, which equals 5.
As you count volume of cylinder from that equation
V=A*h= \pi  r^{2}*h
You get an equation to count height:
h= \frac{V}{ \pi  r^{2} }
h≈3.82 meters

Find the value of x. Round the length to the nearest tenth. Diagram is not drawn to scale.
xxMikexx [17]

Answer:

(A) x=7.2 ft

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: A triangle whose base angle is 44° and hypotenuse is 10ft.

To find: The value of x.

solution: Using the trigonometry, we have

\frac{x}{10}=cos44^{{\circ}}

⇒x=10{\times}cos44^{{\circ}}

⇒x=10{\times}0.72

⇒x=7.2 ft

Thus,the value of x=7.2 ft
