Total distance from w to z is -10 to 6 = 16

Add the ratios: 2 + 3 + 3 = 8

Divide distance by total ratio: 16/8 = 2

Multiply each ratio by 2 : 2x 2 = 4, 3 x 2 = 6, 3 x 2 = 6

WX is 4 units apart, add 4 to -10 to get x = -6

Answer: A. -6

Keisha went into a park at 1:30 pm she hiked for 1 hour 35 minutes. Then she went to the picnic area for 45 minutes and left the
nata0808 [166]

Answer:

3:50pm

Time Keisha went to the park- 1:30pm

Time spent for hiking- 1hour 35 minutes

Time spent at the picnic area- 45 minutes

1: 30pm

+1. 35min

2: 65pm

But 60 minutes is 1 hour so the 65 will be changed to 1 hour 5 minutes making it

3: 05pm

3: 05pm

+0: 45min

3: 50pm

Hence the time Keisha left the park was 3:50pm

Priya rode her bike 1250 feet. If her bike wheel has a diameter of 2.5 feet, how many times did her wheel make a full rotation?
Alex17521 [72]

Answer:

 • 159 times

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

 • d = 2.5 ft
 • Distance = 1250 ft

To find

 • Number of rotations

Solution

Circumference of the wheel is the one full rotation:

 • C = πd = 3.14*2.5 = 7.85 ft

Number rotations:

 • 1250/7.85 = 159.2

Correct option is 159 times

Which inequality has a dashed boundary line when graphed? A y>=3/5x+1 B y>= -1/3x+1 C y>3x+1
Ket [755]

Answer: C y>3x+1

Step-by-step explanation:

 • When we graph an inequality with strictly greater of less than sign ('<' or '>'), then the graph has a dashed boundary line .
 • Further it indicates that it does not include the points on the line.

From all the given options , only C contains inequality with '>' sign .

Hence, y>3x+1 is the inequality has a dashed boundary line when graphed.

hence, the correct option is C.

Miguel wants to buy a condominium. He has the choice of buying it now or renting it with the option to buy at the end of 3 years
kolbaska11 [484]
Total amount paid if he bought = 6000 + 726(12 x 3) = 6000 + 726(36) = 6000 + 26,136 = 32,136
Total amount paid if he rents = 2000 + 37P, where P is the monthly rent

For renting to be cheaper
2000 + 37P < 32,136
37P < 32136 - 2000 = 30136
P < 30136 / 37 = 814.49

Therefore, the maximum rent he could pay is $814
