47. You are more likely to feel tickled by a good friend's touch than when than when the very same touch is initiated by someone
marta [7]

Answer:

Top-down processing

Explanation:

There are two types of processing, top-down, and bottom-up processing.

The difference between these is that bottom-up processing refers to the way information is processed from the smallest pieces of information (from the "bottom up"), whereas top-down refers to the way your brain applies what it knows and what it expects to perceive.

This is also a known reason of why you cannot tickle yourself, your cerebellum predicts the sensations your body will feel due to your movement, but it cannot predict the movement of others or your surroundings.

Should welfare funding (including entitlements and other spending) be increased within the states? Examine both sides.
Oduvanchick [21]
I honestly believe to help your wellbeing that ,Under a block grant, proponents argued, states could shift the funds freed up when families left welfare for work to child care or other work supports, where need would increase.  States also could invest more in work programs to reflect the increased emphasis on welfare as temporary and work-focused.

How do large central vacuoles differ from vacuoles?
ANEK [815]
Large central vacuoles are mainly in plant cells and are much bigger and need to retain more water up to help the plant function and not dry up. Regular vacuoles are normally smaller and usually in animal cells and spread around cells.
