Problems of population size and growth, resource utilization and depletion, and environmental deterioration must be considered jointly and on a global basis.One of the largest environmental effects of human population growth is the problem of global warming. In order to support the growing population, forests are being destroyed at an alarming rate.Overpopulation of humans leads to deforestation which is responsible for climatic change. The more is the population, the demand for resources and food grows. This leads to an over-exploitation of resources.
