- Exercise releases endorphins in the brain that make you feel happier, so that is going to be very helpful to your mental/emotional health!
- Exercise will make you healthier physically, it makes you stronger and it increases your lifespan! One of the biggest perks of exercise is the positive effect it has on physical health.
- Exercising can be a social activity, like going to exercise classes and playing sports in groups, and it’s always good to get social contact with other people in real life whenever you can!
- Exercise will make you look a lot more toned and fit, which will make you more confident. Confidence is very good for social interaction with others, and it’s good for your emotional health too!
- Exercise is also a good way to improve your sense of perseverance. It helps you practice the idea of refusing to give up when things get difficult, and it’ll make your stronger both mentally and physically. Having the skill of perseverance helps all aspects of your health, whether it be physical, mental/emotional, or social (since people like people that aren’t quitters/have a strong mind over matter attitude).

How effective in the CPR to a none breathing and no pulse patient?
Olenka [21]

Answer:

The chances are low of survival but are possible. It is effective if done properly and is in the right situation, such as: being in a hospital, having access to medications ad actual oxygen.

Explanation:

If there is no sign of breathing or pulse, begin CPR starting with compressions. If the patient definitely has a pulse but is not breathing adequately, provide ventilation without compressions. This is also called "rescue breathing." Adults: give 1 breath every 5 to 6 seconds. Reassess the pulse every 2 minutes.

The correct answer is C. Mirror.

When a person performs an action, the neurons which are activated and then sees another performs action are referred to as mirror neurons.

What are five body functions that monitor homeostasis?
KIM [24]

It regulates temperature, glucose, toxins, blood pressure, and pH.

Temperature
The body must maintain a relatively constant temperature. If it gets too hot, the body employs vasodilation to cool down. This dilates the blood vessels, allowing more heat to escape from them through the skin.Glucose
The body must regulate glucose levels to stay healthy. When glucose levels become too high, the body releases a hormone called insulin. When they become too low, the body converts the glycogen in the blood to glucose.Toxins
Toxins in the blood can disrupt the body's homeostasis. Thus, it signals the urinary system to ensure that the toxins are excreted.Blood Pressure
The body must maintain healthy levels of blood pressure. To do so, the brain sends signals to the heart to speed up or slow down according to the blood pressure.pH
The lungs control the pH amount in the body. If pH levels become unbalanced, the lungs push more or less carbon dioxide out of the diaphragm. This can raise or lower pH levels in the body.
