Answer:

71 total

Step-by-step explanation:

Well first of all I wish I was John. I wish I could buy all 3 of those companies at such low prices.

1.)  First you take the prices of the stocks he owns and add them up together.

<em>$10+4+$3=17</em>

<em />

2.)  Then you have to take the total DOLLAR ($$$$$$)  AMOUNT and divide it by the Total you got in the previous step ($17) .

<em>$(1207) / ($17)= </em><em>71 (shares*)</em>

<em> *Never refer to it as stocks its shares  ----  The stock is the company  ---- The amount in which he owns is reffered to as shares. </em>

4x + 10x + 3x = 1207 \\ 17x = 1207 \\ x = 71
He has 71 stocks in total.

Hope this helps. - M

If f(x)=x sqrt -25 and g(x)=x-5, what is the domain of (f/g)(x)?
givi [52]

Answer:

<h2>R-{5}</h2>

Step-by-step explanation:

f(x)=x²-25=(x-5)(x+5)

g(x)=x-5

(f/g)(x)=<em>(x-5)</em>(x+5)/<em>(x-5)</em>=x+5;   for x≠5

D=R-{5}
