Start playing around with multiplication or subtraction. Multiplication for example, 4 (weeks) x 65 (boxes each week) = 260 460-260=200 so not enough…subtraction way 460-65=395, 395-65=330, etc. So with multiplication 6x65=390, 460-390=70. It will take 6 weeks before the warehouse has less than 100 boxes remaining.

Elza [17]

Answer:

Total length of string required in yards 8112 yards

Step-by-step explanation:

The length of the string attached with each balloon is equal to 12 feet

In the party total number of balloon used is equal to 52 balloons

The total length of the string required

Length of string used in one balloon * total number of balloons

= 12 * 52 = 624 feet

1 feet is equal to 13 yards

Total length of string required in yards 13 * 624 = 8112 yards

Mr Wallace took 600mg of medicine. This was 75% of the full dose. What was the full dose?
Aleonysh [2.5K]
Set up a proportion.

75% = 0.75

600/0.75 = x/1

Cross multiply:

0.75x = 600

Divide 0.75 to both sides:

x = 800

So the full does is 800mg.
