I think people have developed these thoughts due to how popular exercising and gyms are and the “reward” for doing so. I believe the whole “healthy lifestyle goal” is just another way for big companies to make money off the human nature to always want “better” and the whole idea of hustle culture, it’s all a scheme, but that’s just my opinion.
