Sports also allow students to relax their mind, away from the normal school subjects. Sports are a way of recreation. Sports also help build a better character in a student as they learn important skills such as team work and leadership.
Personally I believe swimming would benefit me the most as it uses all parts of the body. I find swimming very relaxing and fun. It is a good way to maintain my fitness, while relaxing at the same time. Basketball would also be a benefit to me, as it would help me develop team work skills.
