If I'm not mistaken, it leaves through the osculum which is a cavity located on the upper part of a sponge.
Sponges feed through a process called filtration, which means that they filter the water in search of nutrients. And after they collect everything they need from the water, they need to let it out somehow; through the osculum.
Hope it helped,

Answer: Because if you many different habitats are continuously destroyed than the food chain is ruined in those habitats from many animals going endangered.
Answer:
decomposer decomposes :) so it breaks down the organic matter into simpler compounds. it's very important process because complex compounds that build living organisms are not absorbable for other organisms, thus chemical cycling wouldn't be possible and the whole ecosystem would shut down. dead plants and animals would be everywhere and new organisms couldn't be born/grown. mold breaks down dead organic matter like dead trees. as the result simple compounds come into existence and can be assimilated by plants
The rocks which are porous depending on the degree of cementation
include the following:

What is Porosity?

Porosity is the measure of empty spaces in a particle which permits the
passage of compounds such as water etc.
The rocks mentioned above have a lot of empty spaces which permits
other substances to pass through them. The remaining rocks are
composed of tightly held grains which reduces their porosity.
