Well, many organisms would die. Plants need light so they would die out rather quickly. The surrounding area would warm up initially due to the green house effect, but would eventually cool down.
Plants give animals the food and shelter they need. Herbivores, which are plant eating animals, rely on plants to provide them with a regular source of food. They also provide shelter to may animals, both large and small.
There are three major forms of fossil fuels and these are coal, oil and natural gas. All three were formed many millions of years ago before the time of dinosaurs.
Plants and trees died and sank to the bottom of swamps which filled the land. The dead matter formed layers of a spongy material called peat. Over time the peat was covered by sand, clay and other minerals which turned into sedimentary rock.
As the layers of rock piled up, their weight squeezed the peat until water came out of it and it eventually turned into coal, oil and natural gas.
They are diseases that you can only get from certain places. I forgot what the word was tho
I believe that we should devote time and money into developing alternative energy resources. There is a lot of debate as to whether or not global warming is man made or not but even if its not burning fossil fuels causes quite a bit of pollution and can be expensive and dangerous
