1. Well, when you look in a mirror you are looking at yourself, so that is why text would be backwards on your shirt but would not appear backwards to somebody else, and they don't reflect up and down bc when you look down, you are not looking at the ceiling, and when you look up you are not looking at the floor.

2. I don't think that there are, but maybe in fun houses they have mirrors like that  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
