You should be adding 12 ounces of water for every 30 minutes of exercise you add. Plain water doesn't hold any calories so from the 36 extra ounces you should receive a day, there would be none.  Don't forget you should already be drinking at least half an ounce to one ounce of water for every pound you weigh so, 109 ounces plus the extra 36.
