Answer: Credibility

Explanation:

Credibility refers to a trait of being trustworthy. If you deliver a speech to the audience they need to trust you in order to believe , the reason why credibility is crucial. Credibility depends on how the audience perceive you in terms of your competence and character.

Audience has to believe you are actual competent in whatever topic you are delivering so that they can believe you are capable of making a logical and valid argument

Credibility can be achieved through referring to your previous achievement and expertise in that topic and sometimes credibility is based on the reputation you have amongst your audience.

If you don't have a great reputation audience are less likely to believe what you say.

Types of Credibility

There are three types of credibility:

Initial

Derived

Terminal

Initial credibility refers to how you introduce your speech , this is only driven by the reputation that you have and your credentials as long the audience know about these , you already have a reputation as you begin the speech.

Derived credibility is the credibility that you obtain during the delivery of your speech. The level of the speaker's professionalism is what get them this credibility.

This means it is derived from the speech that the speaker delivers. If people don't know the speaker's reputation or credentials , this means the speaker doesn't have an initial credibility this one is crucial to obtain.

Terminal credibility is the credibility, this is the lasting impression that the speaker gives at the end of his or her speech.

Musya8 [376]

Competency refers to the capacity to make treatment decisions. This includes the capability to consent to a particular medical treatment and is presumed that adult persons are competent. Rationality is the decisional capacity to make reasonable choices in regard to one’s health. Competency affects decision making in long term care given that the elderly may not have the decisional capacity to make some decisions especially at an advanced age. New institutional changes in Consumer rights<br> and laws
Reika [66]

The new law will require businesses to ensure that consumers can exit a contract in a straightforward, cost-effective and timely way.

Businesses will need to provide clearer and enhanced information to consumers before they enter a subscription contract.

Businesses will be obliged to remind consumers before a free trial or low-cost introductory offer comes to an end, and before a contract auto-renews onto a new term.
