Answer:

Baseline score is a measure of an individual's skills/performance level before starting the Program. It acts as a reference point based on which an individual's progress can be compared after continuing the Program for a certain period of time

Explanation:

the baseline score is, based off the definition, is your base scoring (before practicing and such)

I would assume the post challenge is your scoring after you did the challenges and practiced etc. but don't quote me on that

I hope this helped!

Kruka [31]

The correct answer is A. One individual was born with more muscle fibers.

If two individuals start the same training program at the same time and one is able to grow muscle faster and larger than the other one then the main reasons can be all other options as a more consistent training schedule leads you off to better results.

Similarly, the healthier the diet is the better muscle mass you gain and diet affects a lot.

Lastly, your training schedule affects the weight gain too and might lead oyu better off.

How many repetitions of an example will best improve muscular strength?
olga2289 [7]

Answer:

1-6

Explanation:

Increase in muscle mass, ie muscle cell hypertrophy, is achieved through training with a load not exceeding 85% of maximum. Large muscle groups such as pectoralis, latissimus, and quadriceps are trained in 4 batches per workout, but the number of batches per muscle group should not exceed 12. For smaller muscle groups such as biceps and triceps it is enough to make 3 series. Exercises are performed at a slow pace to maximize muscle contraction and extend the amount of time the muscle spends under load.

Number of batches per exercise: 4

Number of exercises per muscle group: 3

Number of reps per exercise: 8 - 12 (10 is ideal)

Load: 70 - 85% of maximum load

Rest: 60 - 90 seconds
