You can't really get your answer like 7/8 to 3/4 because 7 doesn't go into 3. hope that helped

7/8 Does not equal 3/4. 3/4 is equivalent to 6/8. But if you want to change fractions just look at 3/4 and 6/8. Just multiply the 3/4 by 2 and you will get 6/8. If the two fractions are equal it's just a matter of multiplying or dividing in order to reach it.

In June 2005, a CBS News/NY Times poll asked a random sample of 1,111 U.S. adults the following question: "What do you think is
Shtirlitz [24]

Answer:

The appropriate null hypothesis is H_0: p = 0.25

The appropriate alternative hypothesis is H_1: p < 0.25

Step-by-step explanation:

Exactly a year prior to this poll, in June of 2004, it was estimated that roughly 1 out of every 4 U.S. adults believed (at that time) that the war in Iraq was the most important problem facing the country.

At the null hypothesis, we test if the proportion is still the same, that is, of \frac{1}{4} = 0.25. So

H_0: p = 0.25

We would like to test whether the 2005 poll provides significant evidence that the proportion of U.S. adults who believe that the war in Iraq is the most important problem facing the U.S. has decreased since the prior poll.

Decreased, so at the alternative hypothesis, it is tested if the proportion is less than 0.25, that is:

H_1: p < 0.25

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLS AAAAA? Jason purchased a cell phone on sale for $100. He will pay a $25 monthly service for the line. Wr
Iteru [2.4K]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

y = 25x +100

y- is the total money spent on the phone

x-is the number of months you had service

the relationship between x and y is proportional ( if x grows, y grows)

For example: after 2 months you would had payed $100 for the phone + the $25 each of the 2 months. y= 25*2 +100 = $150

I don't know how to do this. Any help?
Brut [27]

Answer:

cos 37=x/b (second one)

sin 37= a/b (third one)

tan 37=a/x (sixth one)

Step-by-step explanation:

Cos is defined by the adjacent side over the hypotenuse. Cos 37 would be x/b. Clearly, that is option 2. Sin is defined by opposite over hypotenuse. Sin 37 would be a/b. That is the 3rd option. Tan is defined by opposite over adjacent. Tan 37 would be a/x or the 6th option.
