Answer

Find out the  insurance company's payment .

To proof

Deductible

The deductible is the amount of money you will pay in an insurance claim before the company starts paying you insurance coverage .

As given

Sally Jones had a policy with a $250 deductible which paid 80% of her .covered charges less deductible

She had medical expenses of $18,240.00.

Amount becomes after deducting deductible = $18,240 -  $250

                                                                                   = $17990

80 % is written in the decimal form

now 80% of the Amount after deducting deductible

= $ 14392

Therefore $ 14392 is the insurance company's payment .

Anyone know the correct answer to this?
Svetllana [295]

Answer:

It should be y=4x-7

Step-by-step explanation:

M is the slope meaning Δx over Δy or rise over run

So if you look at (2,2) and count up to (3,6) the rise is 4 and the run is 1 meaning the slope is 4.

B is the y- intercept so then it would just be -7.

SIZIF [17.4K]

Answer:

z = -0.57

Step-by-step explanation:

A z-score indicates how much away is something from the mean so it can be more(above) than the mean or less(below) than the mean.

sampling distribution mean = 0.03

standard error = 0.007

researcher's sample mean = 0.026

z = (0.026 - 0.03)/0.007

z = (-0.004)/0.007

z = -0.57

So that means the researcher's sample mean is 0.57 standard deviation below the sampling distribution mean.

The negative sign above is the indicator of below the mean value.

Q3 make c the subject
Lorico [155]

Answer:

c=(ay-2)/m

Step-by-step explanation:

Isolate c

First I would multiply both sides by y

mc+2=ay

Then I would subtract 2

mc=ay-2

Then I can divide my m to get c alone

c=(ay-2)/m
