Answer:

The answer is C

Step-by-step explanation:

I know this because if you 5 plus 3 is 8 right not the other ones so if you just add zero's it will be 50 plus 30 and then that will equal 80 so it is for every 5 question's he got 3 wrong.

Hope this helps ('o')

Given : In the recent maths test, Jeremy answered 48 questions correct out of 80 total questions. Which statement is correct ?

Solution :

As we know that total no. of questions is 80

Now, as per the options we get 80/5 = 16

However the third option seems to be the accurate as 3(16) = 48

So, we get to know that option C is correct

 • Out of every 5 questions, Jeremy answered 3 correctly.

Which of the following fits with the recursive rule for the dots above?
gogolik [260]

Answer:

A

Step-by-step explanation:

The recursive rule lets us find a term in the sequence from the previous term.

The sequence of dots is

4 , 16, 64

Thus multiplying the previous term by 4 gives the required term, thus

f(x) = f(x - 1) × 4 : f(1) = 4

so

f(2) = f(1) × 4 = 4 × 4 = 16 ← true

f(3) = f(2) × 4 = 16 × 4 = 64 ← true

A is the correct choice

NEED HELP NOW!! PLEASE!
Wittaler [7]
Hey there!

Let's say that Julia has 50 CDs. We would plug this into c in the expression we've been given to find the number of CDs that Ahmed has.

c = 50

1/2c + 5
1/2(50) + 5
25 + 5
30

So, if Julia has 50 CDs, Ahmed has 30. We used the expression to figure that out and, therefore, that's why it was created.

Your answer will be the number of CDs that Ahmed has.

Hope this helped you out! :-)
