The answer is Speed.
Speed is the norms of the millennial generation and is most likely the reason for the widespread influence of the "Google Effect". Speed leads to urge faster decision making and feedback on job performance. When we include Speed, we know that instant feedback is expected. The name itself (Speed) says it all.
I believe this policy is good, because if the government were to support a particular church, they would have to support all churches to insure religious equality, upon which the country was founded.
The Europeans had a great deal of interest in trading with countries in Asia. There were many products that the Asians had that were in demand in Europe, especially spices.
