Sons of Liberty were a groups of patriots who worked to oppose British rule before the American Revolution. Disguised as Mohawk native Americans boarded 3 ships carrying tea made by the East Indian Company and dumped tea into The Boston Harbor, on December 16, 1773. , protesting against British rule and high taxes.
