Since Congress had no means to enforce its laws, the states could simply ignore national laws without fear of retribution. Also, since there was no national court system, individual persons or states could not file complaints against the national government.

Under the Articles of Confederation, the central government's power was kept quite limited. The Confederation Congress could make decisions but lacked enforcement powers. Implementation of most decisions, including modifications to the Articles, required unanimous approval of all thirteen state legislat. Sorry if this didn’t help! But I hoped it did bye!

Surveys of the population to estimate the prevalence of a disease or exposure are which type of study?
snow_lady [41]

Answer:

Descriptive research

Explanation:

If our goal is to estimate the prevalence of a disease or exposure in a population, we are talking about descriptive research. Whenever we are trying to describe the characteristics of a population or a phenomenon (in this case the frequency of a disease and exposure to it) we are doing a descriptive study. The results of this type of studies are usually represented in descriptive statistics and percentages. For example, from this sort of survey we would find out the percentage of population that suffer this disease.
