write the logarithm as a sum or difference of logarithms. simplify each term as much as possible. log4(6ab)
Dominik [7]

The logarithm written as a sum of logarithm and simplified as much as possible is \frac{1}{2} +log_{4 }3 + log_{4 }a + log_{4 }b

<h3>Simplifying Logarithms</h3>

From the question, we are to write the given logarithm expression as a sum or difference of logarithms

The given logarithm is

log_{4 }6ab

This can be written as

log_{4 }6 \times a \times b

From one of the rules of logarithm, we have that

log_{x }yz= log_{x }y + log_{x }z

Thus,

log_{4 }6 \times a \times b  becomes

log_{4 }6 + log_{4 }a + log_{4 }b

This can be further simplified into

log_{4 }3 \times 2 + log_{4 }a + log_{4 }b

log_{4 }3 + log_{4 }2 + log_{4 }a + log_{4 }b

If desired, this can be further simplified into

log_{4 }3 + log_{2^{2} }2 + log_{4 }a + log_{4 }b

log_{4 }3 + \frac{1}{2} log_{2}2 + log_{4 }a + log_{4 }b

log_{4 }3 + \frac{1}{2} (1)+ log_{4 }a + log_{4 }b

\frac{1}{2} +log_{4 }3 + log_{4 }a + log_{4 }b

Hence, the logarithm written as a sum of logarithm and simplified as much as possible is \frac{1}{2} +log_{4 }3 + log_{4 }a + log_{4 }b

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

OMG! Don't do that! I am so sorry this is happening to you. Look I don't know how to comfort you. IF he keeps doing this tell your mom or litterally call 911. If he did it just on that day then try confronting him on it. And ask him why he did that! Don't self-harm you deserve so much more than that! You are awesome!

A students work to simplify a radical is shown below. Select the statemmebt which best applies to rhe sample mathematical work
Alik [6]

Answer:

D. The work shown above is correct, and y^5\sqrt[4]{y^3} may not be simplified further.

Step-by-step explanation:

If you add all the exponents of y in first line then we get

4+4+4+4+4+3=23

Which is same as the exponent in original problem.

So first line is good.

Since it is 4th root so each y^4 will turn into y when it moves out of the radical so final answer is correct.

Hence correct choice is "D. The work shown above is correct, and y^5\sqrt[4]{y^3} may not be simplified further." is the correct answer.

Does anyone know these answers please help
Aleksandr [31]
For one since since the angles should add up to 180 degrees we must start by adding 55 and 25 which is 80 so 180-80=100 which means c is 100 degrees and for the other I'm going with C
