I have a lonley life, I need friends. I have some but if you need one I got your back :) any takers?
Mamont248 [21]

Answer: It is a nice gesture to offer to be friends with other people through this social network, but you must also allow yourself to go out and make an effort to socialize.

Explanation:

Normally, you reach the point of your life where you do not feel that you have friends, we have all felt this way sometimes. They are processes that sometimes we do not understand at the moment, but then yes. If you feel you have a lonely life, it is time that you start working on that and do a job that involves contact with people physically.

If right now you feel you have no friends, you must look for your interests. Look for those activities that you enjoy doing and start doing them. You may feel a little lonely and somewhat uncomfortable doing something you like, but over time you get used to it. In the place where you do these activities, you might find people doing the same and that interest may be the first topic to start a conversation and a possible friendship.

Do not spend the whole day on the cell phone, instead go outside to walk and enjoy the beautiful things that the world has. The moment you least expect it, you will start to attract the kind of friendship you need.

If you feel lonely right now, enjoy it. People must learn to be alone since we were born that way and so we will die. Being alone is not bad, you have to learn to enjoy life being both alone and accompanied.

If you dont have a heating pad what is the best way to get rid of kramps
vichka [17]

Hello!

If you don't have a heating pad and are looking to get rid of cramps,

Things like taking a hot bath or shower can be a good replacement. Heat helps in minimizing the cramps.

Alternatively drinking lots of water and taking an NSAID (Things like Aspirin) will also help in getting rid of cramps!

Certain foods have also been said to help in preventing cramps.

Occasionally doctors have been known to recommend Birth Control or Magnesium supplements to help with cramps as the change in hormones allows for the process to more easily go through your body and less painfully.

Hope this helps answer your question.
