Muscle endurance can be increased by targeting the muscle fibers. The training frequency should be increased at regular intervals for the recovery of a body from endurance exercise. The days or time of workout should be increased progressively, each week.
Training volume should be increased for adaptation of the body to gain more muscle endurance. Number of sets and repititons should be increased for the same. Atleast 20 repititions should be performed for each exercise. This increases blood flow and oxygenation. Drop-sets should be included in the regime. In the resistace training program, static contractions should be added to build endurance.
