So, what I would say is it all depends on the food, person, and how their body's take in the food and the nutrients that are in the food. It also depends on the type of rice and the type of chicken that he eats. Like if he eats just the white meat of the chicken, he will lose more weight and he will gain more protein as well. If he eats the dark meat. He won't get as much protein, and he'll get more calories out of that meal. He should also stick to the brown rice as well because that's the healthiest rice out there as well because it has more potassium, and it has more magnesium.
