The cartoon shows the members of the Court in session, and behind them, there are members of the corporations that are saying out loud “Scratch. We the People. Make it We the anonymous corporate donors, untraceable foreign contributors, and assorted billionaries”. That is an ironic cartoon showing that if If the U.S. Constitution began like that, the Court would make decisions that favored corporations over individuals.
