Can someone please explain the difference between others' and other's. For example in this statement "I care about others feelin

In your sentence others' would be correct to use.

's is used to show ownership to one person, s' is used to show ownership to many people.

For example if I said this is the boy's dog, that means the dog belongs to the boy. If I said this is the boys' dog, that would mean it belongs to a group of boys.
