However, how a person can be physically healthy exercising regularly, eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, keep up with you vaccinations, brush and floss your teeth. But also some more ways on how a person can stay physically healthy is by washing your hands, and drinking more water and fewer sugary drinks.
