Integrity simply means the act of being honest. It should be noted that integrity is important for a business in order to build its reputation.

Based on the information given, it's important to give the salesperson a second chance since he's the star salesperson.

In a situation where the salesman is fired or resigns, the company ethically owns the intellectual property rights for the Sales Matrix because the salesman is working for the company.

My ethical decision if I were the CEO will be to call the salesman and hear his side of the story and further action will be taken accordingly.
